Amount limits

Amounts are in MXN. The maximum amount varies by physical location. The API accepts these ranges:

The minimum and maximum may vary by physical location. Open references have no amount at creation.

Daily user limit

• Each user can make up to 5 operations per day.
• Limits reset at midnight, Mexico City time.

Document validation

document_type, document_id and phone are optional. When you send them, they must follow these formats:

An invalid document returns error code 61. See error codes.

Expiration

• Expired operations cannot be completed.
• Expiration is handled automatically by background jobs.
• Watch the expire_at timestamp in responses.
• When a closed-reference operation expires, you receive a webhook.expired.success event. See Webhook events.
